Pratheek's Gesture acts as an authorized retailer for telecommunication services including Airtel, Jio, and Vodafone Idea (VI). We facilitate new SIM activations, MNP porting, recharges, and related tech support for users primarily located in Karnataka.

3. User Responsibilities

When submitting forms on our website, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
• Be of legal age (18 years or older) to apply for a new telecom connection, or have parental consent.
• Present valid original identification (e.g., Aadhar card) for in-person eKYC verification as mandated by government regulations.

4. Service Availability & Pricing

All telecom offers, plan prices, and network availability are subject to change without prior notice as per the respective telecom operators' guidelines. We do not control network uptime, speeds, or sudden tariff changes introduced by the operators.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pratheek's Gesture shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the website or services provided by the parent telecom operators.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka.
